Imagine-Life offers an internship program where interns can gain practical work experience in our public affairs,
development, news & production, or event departments, as well as a basic understanding of the day-to-day operations
of a unique grass-roots non-profit organization. Course credit will be available for those who qualify, in addition to
a small stipend to cover local transportation expenses. This is a competitive program and interested individuals should
submit a resume along with a cover letter to Mahaba@imagine-life.org.

- Title: Public Affairs Outreach Coordinator
Duration: one semester (with potential extension)
Overview: The Public Affairs Outreach Coordinator's responsibilities are to build and strengthen networks. Providing
informational material to various individuals, groups, organizations, companies, to name a few, in addition to responding
to queries.
Duties: The Public Affairs Outreach Coordinator's will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing material;
- Petitioning for community support and sponsorship pertaining to fundraising initiatives;
- Assisting in the assemblage and maintenance of the database;
- Coordinating meetings between potential sponsors and executive board;
- Drafting informational outreach material;
- Coordinating workshops/seminars for media activism;
- Researching organizations in hopes of building networks establishing prospective relationships;
- Responding and documenting website inquiries and requests;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Title: News & Production Coordinator Duration: one semester (with potential extension)
Overview: The News & Production Coordinator's responsibilities are to offer day-to-day research support and meeting
project based needs as they arise. They will be integral in bringing Imagine-Life's advocacy message into the media and
researching up to the date facts.
- Title: Development Coordinator
Duration: one semester (with potential extension)
Overview: The Development Coordinator's responsibilities are to assist with the efficient and effective operation of the
Development Department, which includes managing the fundraising database, processing gifts and pledges including acknowledgment
letters, coordinating direct mail appeals, assisting with planning of special events, assisting with individual giving program,
coordinating meetings, working with the grant writers to coordinate all necessary materials for proposal submission and to
research potential funders, coordinating marketing, public relations and media opportunities related to funding prospects, in
addition to other duties as assigned.
Duties: The Development Coordinator will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Researching foundations and grants for funding potential;
- Compiling a list of applicable foundations and grants for the funding of various Imagine-Life initiatives;
- Assisting in the drafting of grant proposals;
- Assisting in the assemblage of the foundation database;
- Other duties as assigned.
